The Cosmetic enhancements lead researcher Seth joins him as well and asks Alyssa when she lasts used Sili-Gel. Two days later Austin (now stuck as Alyssa) and her parents travel to Atlanta to the headquarters of Cosmetic Enhancements, the company behind Sili-Gel and is introduced to the CEO Geof Renalds who's taken an interest in Alyssa's unique case. Austin is put on medical leave from school and Mr. Foster is angered by the fact there is no warning or mention of something like this happening through the use of Sili-Gel and as he is a lawyer, he plans to contact the company and press charges. The doctor says the tissue growth is permanent and the only option to revert his body back to normal would be to have FTM top surgery to remove the breast tissues and liposuction along his hips and glutes. Austin also says his breasts are very sensitive which is a symptom experienced by girls going through puberty suggesting Austin's medical condition may be at play. The doctor examines Austin's breasts for herself and concludes that he has in fact developed real breasts and thus they won't go away on their own regardless of time or any medication. The family is shocked as well as the doctors and the conclusion is that somehow Austin's Sili-Gel swelling isn't simply staying in his body but he's in fact grown genuine muscle and fat tissues in its place, something unheard of with any previous use of Sili-Gel. A doctor comes in with X-rays of Austin's chest and hips which reveals natural breast and glute tissues where there's expected to be a mass of Silicon that would be flushed out by the body. They call him off from school and take him the ER to get examined angry that he ignored the side effects for so long.Ī few hours later at the hospital Austin and his parents are waiting for test results and he mentions how it's now been 24 hours since he last used the Sili-Gel, but his breasts and hips feel as big as ever still showing no signs of reverting to normal size. Austin rushes down to his parents and explains the problem and is forced to tell the about the residual swelling and side effects. His body is still in the form of Alyssa even after the Sili-Gel swelling is meant to be gone.
